Better than ever, one to remember, this year could be perfect, much clearer and hopefully nearer to the mirror we look into when we dream. We can’t erase the past but we can re-write the future, new font, bigger letters. Let’s live this way forever and never say never. Toast to a new year, fresh start, all clear. New breaks, new love, new accomplishments, new money, more money, no clouds, more sunny, honey.
An empty road awaits, let’s open the gates. 2012 will be the year to create.

I’ve been following the ladies at Tone it Up for a little while now, and I have to shout them ’cause they are seriously so GREAT!
Tone it up is a community of super good work-out videos blasted out daily by Karena and Katrina the founders of Tone it Up (their mega-toned, california babe bodies really get you off the computer and on to a workout plan a.s.a.p!). Plus, if you feel like your food options need an extra health boost, their diet & nutrition plan will get you on the right track!
I’ve really enjoyed exploring new food options from their Diet Plan and finding new areas to tone on my body, it’s really motivated me to strive for a new enhanced healthy lifestyle!
Oh, and their recent video on Kashi cereal I learned that Karena is a fan of DRAKE. Made me love them even more. Check her out spitting some rhymes at the end! You go girllll!

I recently discovered this french phrase…
L’esprit de l’escalier
-That feeling you get when you leave a conversation and think of all the things you should have said.-
There is no word in the English language for this.
It definitely happens to me at times when I bump into people (especially when it’s a quick chat with someone I don’t see often, don’t know very well, when I’m in a pressured situation like interviews or talking to someone intimidating…you get the point.)
”Nice to see/meet you! Bye! Ciao! Au revoir! Adios!” etc. Then, I slap myself in the head and remember all the things I could have said or asked…
“How was ______? I heard it went great”
“I saw ____ the other day, ____look great!”
“I miss you.”
“I was going to ask…”
“Thank you for ____. “
“Do you wanna go out some time?”
“You owe me money, remember?”
“Oh! I have something I want to show you…”
etc. etc. etc…it can go on.
And when people ask questions like “whats your favourite _____?Which would you choose?” and your answer is something on the spot just to answer it, then realizing after that it’s probably something else… annoying right?! It’s life.
This even happens after I publicly post a blog post. But on here, I can go back and erase, add, edit.
Now you know. L’esprit de L’escalier.
Le Fuck!
RIP

Independent,advocate, activist and fashion icon.
She was the party girl of the 70′s in during the days of Studio 54, good friends with world famous pop artist Andy Warhol, married and divorced an iconic rock-star (Mick Jagger), and now at 66 years old she’s still doing her thing, looking good and standing up for human rights. That is what I call an independent, good-will woman! RAWR!
Round of applause for BIANCA JAGGER!
Bonafide sexiness

A friend of mine recently introduced me to the works of a photographer/videographer/artist based out of Cali: Tyler Shields.
His compositions are deep and little creepy, but will definitely catch your attention. You may love it or hate it, but its creative and it takes a lot of time and thought to plan projects such as these. I appreciate this type of art… he uses people’s blood to paint a canvas, like, shit, that’s weird, but it’s cool man.
He’s worked with many celebs/actors such as one of my faves: Lindsay Lohan. I think she looks so seductive in her bloody photos and videos hes shot of her, that’s one video that caught my eye. I actually love her as a model/actress and her crazy personality adds so much to that image. Who cares if she steals and does drugs? That makes her cooler right? She has the perfect look for his type of videos/photos, I think shes fuckin’ rad.
Anyways, here are a few vids and a link to his website, his work is unreal! Oh and he worked with Devon Sawa in a video as well. Where the hell has Devon Sawa been hiding? What a babe he was back in the day… “Now and Then” .. and “Casper.
I don’t know if I like it, it will take some getting used to. Starbucks claims they feel they don’t need to reinforce their logo everywere, hence the new logo w/ out S-bucks written all over. Will they stop opening up so many fricken shops now (a.k.a across the street from each other)?Give the itty bitty coffee shops a chance yah big Americano!
